Arriving by Train
From North of Philadelphia on I-95 South
1) Take exit 22 for 676 W, merge onto 676W.
2) Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-76 E/International Airport and merge onto I-76 E
3) Take exit 346A on the left for South St, then turn right onto South St.
4) Take the 1st left onto Convention Blvd, then turn left onto Civic Center Blvd.

From East Coast cities north and south, Amtrak is probably the best bet. You will arrive at 30th street station in Philadelphia. From there you can take a 5min taxi to the UPenn campus, enjoy a leisurely 1 mile walk, or take the SEPTA regional train 1 stop from 30th street to the University City station. Smilow TRC is 1 block away.
​The UPenn campus is about 20 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport by train or taxi. Trains run every 30min from the airport to UPenn (get off at the University City station). Taxi fare is a fixed rate ca. $30.
